Most traditional law firms bill by the hour. That means every phone call, email, or question could increase your final bill. We don’t think that’s right.

With us, your flat fee includes:

• All phone calls, emails, and communications

• Ongoing support until your plan is fully completed

In short: you’re not paying for our time — you’re paying for our guidance, care, and expertise.

Fair Pricing Based on Your Plan — Not Your Assets

Our fees are determined by the type of plan you choose, not how much money you have. Whether you’re creating a basic will, a revocable living trust, or an asset protection plan, we’ll recommend the right legal solution and provide a clear, upfront price before you ever commit.

We also offer different pricing structures for single individuals and married couples, so couples don’t pay double for essentially the same planning process.
