We had such a great experience creating our trust with Melissa at Liberty Legacy Law Group. She took the time to understand our needs and crafted documents to enable them. She also did research and updated a house title to make sure it matched our circumstances. We really appreciated that it was a set price, not per hour. Liberty Legacy Law Group was a very pleasant experience. Kaitlyn walked us through every part of our estate planning and saved all of our assets and money from letting it all go to probate for when that times comes. We tried to do it with one of those online will makers, but there is so much to consider and you cannot get enough detailed information needed to cover everything.
If someone out there does not have a will/living trust, etc. Please don’t hesitate, it will save yourself a lot of headaches when the time comes.
We should have done this sooner, but so many of us say we will get this done, but time goes on and then time runs out. Anyone who owns a home, automobile(s), have a retirement plan and have kids no matter what age, should really do this.
