We’re Kaitlyn and Melissa — best friends since the age of three, raised next door to one another in Linthicum, Maryland. From building backyard forts and exploring the woods to studying side-by-side for the bar exam, our journey together has been shaped by consistency, discipline, and mutual encouragement. We were raised by hard-working families, and our lives have always reflected that mindset — stay true, work hard, and always show up for those who matter.

Through every milestone — school graduations, cross-country hikes, and the swearing-in ceremony where we stood together as Maryland attorneys — we’ve honored our friendship by making steady, intentional decisions, always grounded in shared purpose. After years of building separate careers in law — Melissa in personal injury and firm management, Kaitlyn in real estate and entrepreneurship — we reunited in estate planning and discovered something greater: a partnership rooted in complementary strengths and a shared mission.

Melissa thrives on structure, process, and follow-through. With years of law firm leadership and deep experience guiding families through estate planning and administration, she brings clarity, systems, and sound strategies to every client relationship. Kaitlyn offers bold perspective, legal and business acumen, and decades of family business insight. She’s led her own legal practice, understands the value of property and real estate, and connects personally with clients building for the long term.
